MODERNA

Two dose series, 4 weeks apart, ages 6 months and up. Updated booster doses (with Omicron variants) are available for ages 18+ at least 2 months after last shot.

PFIZER

Two dose series, 3 weeks apart, ages 6 months and up. Updated booster doses (with Omicron variants) are available for ages 12+ at least 2 months after last shot.

J&J

Single dose vaccine, Ages 18+. mRNA booster doses are recommended for patients at least 2 months after last shot.
